Hope Library has a Kill-O-Watt Meter provided by Efficiency Maine
This device is for patrons to borrow to use to measure power demand at home for devices with constant power demand..i.e. lamps, computers, computer accessories, TV's, TV accessories,
game stations, space heaters without thermostats, heat tape on pipes/gutters, holiday lights, chargers, fans etc.
The Kill-O-Watt Meter is also used for devices that cycle..... i.e. refrigerators, freezers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, fish tank heaters, space heaters with thermostats, clothes washers, sump pumps, etc.
The device has instructions to help in its use.
